TTC Head Pop

So here is a shot I took in August 08. I tried to take this shot 3 times. So 3 different subway carts came and went. The first time the guy stuck his head our only for a second. The second guy yelled at me and said I was not allowed to take pictures in the TTC and lastly the thrid guy looked at me like I was total douche and viola I got my shot!

I used a canon 70-200mm f2.8. On aperture priority at f2.8 and exposure set at 0. ISO was around 400. (I think) I placed my self right along the subway cart and set my focus for centre shot and waited till the conductor stuck his head out and turned back. I corrected the WB afterwards

Check this out. I usually look at this one website called http://wvs.topleftpixel.com/. It has daily images of Toronto Life. I really like the photographers ability to capture candid moments. Well I came across this picture and realized we took a very similar shot. Ussually I scour the internet and if there are any cool shots I try to reproduce them. But in this case, I just saw an opportunity and I took it. It made me happy that at one brief moment I thought like a good photgrapher.

Here is his photo
