Well first I start off by eating really cheap/but fresh Kimbap (Korean vegetable sushi roll). I then go to Shinsegae (the Holt Renfew of Korea) and go to their grocery department. As I walk through the aisles I approach every free sample stand and eat to my hearts content. Its basically like going to Costco on a Saturday and getting full off free samples. But the cool part of these free samples are they are really high quality foods. For instance last time I went, I ate thinly sliced pork, marinated beef, sausage, breakfast sausage, hamburger with cheese, kimchi, tofu, rice balls with seaweed and seasoning, mango, banana, pineapple, steamed clams, bread, sundried shrimp and a couple other things.
Here is the really funny part.... They usually cut the samples really small and I use to only eat one portion and then move on. Then I kept seeing senior citizens taking like 5-10 potions at a time with out any complaints. So I said to me self "When in Rome..." I started just hanging out by the sample stands and eat about 5 portions from each booth. I would leave FULL. Great way to eat in Korea. Oh at the end my free buffet, I would buy a beer for $1.50 and drink it in the mall.

This was the meat section. Look at all those mini stalls offering different samples of all different meats. Awesome
